قيم المؤسسة:

هي مجموعة الأسس والمبادئ والأخلاق العملية التي تؤمن بها مؤسستنا وتعتبرها بمثابة الدليل والمرشد للسلوك ومن خلالها تحدد للمؤسسة عادة الصواب من الخطأ، 

وتحكم العلاقة بين الشركة والموظفين: (العدالة- الثقة – الأمانة- الصدق- احترام الوقت- احترام زملاء العمل) وبين الشركة والعملاء: (المصداقية – احترام العملاء- الوفاء بالعقود…..الخ(. وترسيخ قيم التعاون والأمن والسلامة والتميز  والنزاهة.

Enterprise Values:                                               

It is a set of principles, principles and practical ethics that our organization believes in and considers it as a guide and guide for behavior, and through it the institution usually determines right from wrong 

and governs the relationship between the company and employees: (justice - trust - honesty - honesty - respect for time - respect for work colleagues) 

and between the company and customers: (Credibility - Respect for Clients - Fulfillment of Contracts… ..etc.) And the consolidation of the values of cooperation, security, safety, excellence and integrity.
